![]() AMELIA LYNNE BELL Amelia stepped towards the world from her shadowy realm. It was night and she could feel power coursing through her. With a small laugh her feet touch the ground as she enters the world. Tonight would be interesting, she could tell. She had been keeping tabs on a few of the other rogues that night, her shadows revealing all. She knew blood and death would stain the streets that night. Amelia shivered a little as pleasure went up her spine. She had always loved seeing people in pain. She smiled at the dark sky, feeling the pain as lovers died. She knew then, that Twilight was near. She knew many of the Rogues, to protect herself of course. She thought of joining them, and shook her head. She wanted her own fun. Not to join on another's. She didn't share well. Besides, she preyed on a different type than Twilight. She preyed on those human males who thought to betray their families. She would end up in the bars tonight, she knew it. In fact, why dally. She wouldn't have powers during the day. She drifted to one of the bars, hearing calls of laughter in it. She smiled wickedly as she entered, her cold eyes falling on each of the men. She could see the ones who were married. Who were there to hurt others. No man was good in her eyes. All humans were greedy, selfish. All of them were her toys. She could feel those souls she had trapped, screaming to get out. "Hey girlie, you look lost" A drunk man slurred as he dug his hand into her arm. She winced a little in shock. No human had grabbed her such. She had found her new toy, she thought as she turned to face the drunken idiot. "Oh sir, I am not lost. But if you want to show me my way I wouldn't say no" She whispered innocently. The man looked happy and started to drag her away. Oh Amelia didn't fight. No she knew better than that. Why not let them throw themselves at her. It saved her time. She was in the alley with him when he made his first real move, and pushed her against the wall. She suddenly reached out and gripped his mind with her shadows. She could feel all of his disgusting acts. He was a woman beater, a rapist, and a drunk. This would be easy, but fun. "You are disgusting. Pathetic. And soon you will see it" She laughed as she let his victims scream at him, let him hear the souls she trapped. He would become part of her army of followers. She didn't have followers like the others did. Fallen angels didn't join her, much. No she used the corrupted souls of her victims. They became her shadowy puppets. And that was what she chose. She breaks them and traps them in their fears. Amelia let her harsh laugh echo in the air around her as she physically removed herself from his grasp, watching him as he cried for help. The images for him and changed, he was no his victims. To add to it, she allowed her shadow puppets to beat him as he had beaten his children, his wife. He wouldn't survive this night. "Do I contradict myself? Very well then, I contradict myself; I am large--I contain multitudes." Job descriptions were hard to come by in his line of work. Tailing, tapping, escorting, researching, background checking, package handling, these were to be expected as general tasks, without worrying too much of their subject matter. But Liam couldn't recall when he last cased a property for reasons as yet not divulged. The client's request was benign enough: ascertain the efficacy of a certain building's security, discover faults, and provide a list of said faults. Left unsaid was whether or not this was for the purpose of rectifying the security holes. It was also left unasked. So there he was, casing, across the street, what looked very much like private property. Liam decided that he could only assume his client was its very owner. From his vantage point--and what a vantage point it was--he could identify CCTV cameras and their blind spots, the regular movement of sparse private security personnel, and managed to capture the rolling code for the automated security governing the points of entry via handheld device. This was no small task, considering he was strapped and grounded to the power lines many several feet in the air. Odd working hours notwithstanding, he probably didn't draw too much curiosity garbed in the jumpsuit of a utility worker with a matching work van parked beneath him. Adding to the facade was his affected use of diagnostic equipment whilst keeping a lineman's handset cradled against his ear. Just some late-night line work, that's all. Nothing of import. Liam eventually scaled down the pole, heaped his equipment into the back of the van, and took off. He'd compile his findings later for delivery. First he had to ditch the van, before the head office caught wind of the scrambled Lo Jack broadcasting its position as being that of an empty parking spot. A stroke of genius led him to side streets that brought him to a less civilized part of town. With little luck involved, the local criminal element would probably hijack and-or vandalize the van before dawn. So Liam ditched the ride behind a seedy building that had a bad case of urban leprosy, threw the jumpsuit into a dumpster a block or two down, and proceeded as normal. Just another guy pulling a late night, wearing distressed charcoal slacks, an untucked white Oxford, a maroon tie barely hanging on to his neck, and a messenger bag over his shoulder. A flask of Jameson would've made an apt accessory. He'd have to consider it for the next nocturnal return to his humble abode. Before the night was out, however, he'd surely find need for it a lot sooner. He hadn't counted the number of blocks he'd traversed before the shouts reached his ears. Laughter, and the stuff was steeped in schadenfreude. A concoction of different voices, with different intents conveyed by intonation, could scarcely be heard. Curiosity and little more guided him around the bend, half-stumbling past a comatose bum to reach the lateral vantage point of a news stand. From behind the folds of yesterday's news, comics, and...other graphic novels, he could view the things that should not be. Liam supposed he should have been breathless, his heart pounding, but this was a man who'd seen worse without batting an eye: radiation poisoning, half-molten spall of tank armor swiss-cheesing infantry, white phosphorous immolating "collateral damage," also known as civilians. Sure, there was something wrong with him, especially when unearthly images such as these were simply perceived, accepted, and cycled into his paradigm of reality. And he wouldn't have had a second thought about turning and walking away, were it not for some vestigial inclination to defend previously uninvolved bystanders. That, and his curiosity went to the morbid side as to just what this assumed enemy was all about. Liam needed something of a plan, a smoke screen. Glancing down at the bum, still unconscious, he spotted the third of Wild Turkey on the ground. Well, that was a start. Liam silently lifted the bottle from the loose grasp it was in, taking a couple swigs after swabbing the opening with his shirt. Then he stumbled, shambled his way into the artificial light. This wasn't a particularly difficult ruse to pull off, not when he'd had first-hand experience to the same effect. |

~Let the pure hearts fail and die~ ![]() Tempest jumped, did a flip in the air and landed behind him. "is that all you've got warrior of a god who ignores his children?" She asked playfully. She touched his shoulder with one finger before jumping back to stand on the top of the fountian in the middle of the square. She smiled as she turned the finger she touched him with had a black mark. "blood. mine to be presice its to make a point" she said with a wink. She wanted to fight, not kill at least not yet. The show had just begun after all, how boring it would be if it ended so soon. "everytime I touch you an bloodspot will be left, so that when this is done and we both get serious you can see the many times you could have gotten hit" she added with a confident tone. She waited for his next attack ready to move out of the way and she watched. Curious to see what the fallen was going to do or perhaps to see how much of this fight would play out before getting bored and just killing them both if not just the young male Vincent. ![]() ![]() Human Nature has been the downfall for many.. Analiese+++Graham Analiese had to fight the temptation to take off with much tenacity, keeping her gaze surprisingly better than what she would have expected. She was no stranger to violence, but the relentless torture of another was unbareable. Watching this unfold was the worst, how could anybody just sit by and do nothing?! But she had to admit...second thoughts had planted themselves in her mind. They were obviously not of this world..and that knowledge alone frightened her to new heights. Ana lowered her left hand for a bit, taking the cigarette out of her mouth and stomping it with her heel. "Not a soul.." She repeated, her left hand jolting up as both guns remained pointed at the strange woman before her. She couldn't help to take a moment to scrutinize the three odd people, her dark orbs moving up and down in a scanning motion. They couldn't be human...no human could be so beautiful. Not that any human wasn't pretty of course! Ana was human herself...and considered herself pretty. But she wore loads of makeup and other things to enhance her 'beauty'. These beings looked as if they needed nothing to enhance their beauty. Now, she was supersticious and has been since a girl, so believing in indifferent creatures wasn't that big a surprise. The woman had caused more pain to the man, his scream turning her thoughts to ruin instantly. Ana licked her lips. Right now wasn't the time to think about beauty. "You're crazy.." The blond spat, backing up a bit in awe at the sight of the enlarging wings. She had to do something, get them to a hospital..something! "Leave them be you freaks! They did nothing to you. Why not..we bargain? I'll give you whatever it is you want if you leave them alone." Her guns were still raised, ready to fire if need be. Sure, measly bullets might not hurt them, but create a diversion if necessary. Usually, Ana hardly cared for others. But after witnessing such pain and suffering..seeing the hope in the man's eyes..their screams of pain and sorrow.. It was too late to just run off now. Ana jumped a bit at the sound of something ringing in her coat pocket. 's**t..Luke..' Since her son was left alone for a time, Analiese taught him how to use her number on speed dial if the little boy ever needed her. She had to answer him, but why now, why here, in this pointed situation? While keeping her eyes locked with the others before her, Ana immediately decided to answer. If she didn't he'd worry. Keeping her left hand raised with the gun, Ana quickly grabbed her phone and spoke into it as if nothing out of the ordinary was happening. "Luke, mommy's busy. I'll be home soon okay? Just stay in your bed. Bye--I love you." Always ending a conversation with her son with those words, Ana shut her phone and resumed holding both guns up. |

"He who makes a beast out of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man" Samuel Johnson ![]() The beam of light did no effect on the demon who easily dodged it but Vincent knew that these demons wouldn't be so easily to kill with a flick of his blade or powers. Taking a step back now and hopping behind to land in the middle of the dried up fountain. " What do I gain from killing your kind.. To restore the balance.. To give hope to those who live.. To place the cup of justice and wickedness on an even paring.. Your kind has taken its freedom for granted and now its time to punish this problem child of a race.." Vincent knew that he wouldn't be able to clean or kill the entire demonic race but he had to try or die trying.. Licking his lips once more and seeing the weapons Temp held for battle, Vincent sighed.. "If anything you will see some sort of reason.." The blade glowed once more a holy charge before VIncent himself dashed off toward the two of them. First off attempting to slash his blade three times in rapid manner all aimed at temp's waist. " Lord give me strength and wisdom for this battle..". |

![]() ╔ Let the heart bleed and shatter╝ Twilight threw back her head in another cackling laughter. The laughter only added to the woman's heaving back. As she watch the man sob, the new girl scold him, and the woman bleed, she felt the warmth bloom in her chest. The euphoria bubbled and churned in her. It started to engulf her as the man shook his head and turned his head to face the white haired girl. His eyes were red and puffy and snot ran from his nose and was dripping off his chin. Wow, he looks so pathetic. How his heart must be breaking! She then called upon Maleficent to come hold the woman. Stepping in front of the woman, she brushed her cheek against Elysse's tears stained on. Twilight started to run a hand through the woman's blond hair as she whispered sweetly in her ear, "Your love has condemned you to death. Do you see how he has committed the ultimate act of betrayal? Know in your heart that you are now completely alone. Savor it, cherish it. For, it will be the only real emotion you will ever feel." Stepping away, Twilight bent down in front of the woman and made in her hands a rope of demonic energy. The black energy crackled and spat blue lightening as she tied it around the woman's. This was meant to lessen the bleed and to keep the woman alive a little bit longer. Alas, she would die tonight. The man had delivered a killing blow. Standing up now, she turned and looked at the man again. He was just now speaking. "I... I love her so and I hoped... I hope that if I just hurt her a little they would let us go." At this Twilight had to laugh again. Such a pleasure this couple was! She hadn't had fun like this in a long while. Walking over to the slumped man, she grabbed a fist full of hair and stared into his brown eyes. "My dear, I would have you know you cut a major artery in her leg and now she will die." Letting go of his head, she flung it forward so his head would smash into the ground. Looking up at the white haired girl, she smiled and said to her, "Lovely, humans can love another deeply, but very rarely will they sacrifice themselves. Most likely, they will love themselves more than one another. That is the beauty of it." As she grabbed the dagger from Jorishin's hand, a woman approached them demanding that they go. Another grisly grin graced Twilight's other wise enchanting face. Walking over to the new woman, she saw that she was a human. This made her smile grow. "Oh really now? You wont tell a soul?" Twilight walked over to the man and dragged him to his feet with one hand. With the other, she grabbed his jaw and forced him to look at the human. "You see this newcomer," hissed Twilight, "She wishes to save you." His eyes grew wide with hope. But, the look didn't last long. As quick and lightening, she slashed gashes in his cheeks and chest. With a wail of pain, Twilight let the man crumple to the ground again. Turning back to the human, she said nonchalantly, "My dear, you could tell the world and I would not care. Call the police or your mother, matters not to me." Shrugging her shoulders, grotesque wings sprouted from her back. Flapping them once and speeding them to their full 16 feet wing span, she relaxed the demonic energy wings. "I could hide for centuries, still killing and torturing all the while. Your human protectors will not do a thing." Gesturing to the happy couple, she said cynically, "But feel free to join us." ϿTwilight- Hell’s RogueϾ |

~Let the pure hearts fail and die~ ![]() Tempest moved easily from the car, the fire didnt even singe her hair although the warmth reminded her of hell, she laughed. "you and I are the same dear Vinent, that was all I meant." She removed her mesh coat revealing her tattoo on her shoulder. She couldnt remember why the number 13 was burned there but it reamined there all the same. "My name is Tempest little angel, and if you are so intent on fighthing me, let us get on with it" she smiled sweetly at him, already deciding that a gun wouldnt be much fun and only if it looked like she would lose would she pull her chains. Tempest nodded at Rage and smiled at the knowledge that her followers, though in the shadows conceling themselves would help if they saw her falling. . Tempest - Hell's Rogue. |

![]() ![]() Human Nature has been the downfall for many.. Analiese+++Graham A stage that smelled of polished wood. Bright luminescent lights that had the ability to blind. A room filled with curious men and women alike. And women who continued to push their limits as they danced for them. Story of Ana's life. The young burlesque queen sighed as she entered the dressing room in the back, looking at the time. It was late, and she despised leaving her young son in their apartment all alone for a time, even if it was locked tightly. So, she wasted no time in leaving her tiresome job, simply throwing on a jacket ove her scantily clad burlesque attire. She had no car, so walking the streets alone was her only way of transportation. For a while Ana walked in silence, reaching into her coat pocket to make sure her guns were in range, then grabbed herself a cigarette to quiet her nerves. She always feared the worst at night. Her fingers trembled from nervous apprehension as she lit the cigarette, putting it to her lips. "Calm down Ana...as if anything goes down anymore.." The blond mumbled to herself in a hoarse whisper as her heels made soft clicking noises throughout the area. She ignored everyone elses presences that walked by her or gawked..her one goal to make it home to her son. But.. Ana turned suddenly when a scream pierced her nerves. She should run...but the scream was close and it was always human nature to go see inquisitively. So, she hesitantly walked towards the commotion, only gasping at the grotesque sight. A man was crying, a woman was bleeding profusely, and around was a jeering group of...what were they!? Insane serial killers? How could any human be so...wait..were they even human? "What the hell.." She said softly to herself, hiding a little with a hand over her mouth and her cigarette in the other. She'd call the police...yes she had to! As soon as she came home to Luke. But Ana had another problem: This was the way she usually came home. Unsure what to do, Ana could hardly take the screams, cries and pain. Reaching into her coat she pulled out two guns walking out of her hiding spot with the cigarette in her mouth, the guns in her hand ready to fire, and a face full of determined bravado. "What the hell do you think you're doing!?" She snapped, hoping she'd make them go, or hoping they'd let her go. She winced at the couple, blinking back her own tears...and she wondered..if maybe she should have just stayed silent. But she couldn't it just wasn't right. "G-go now! I won't tell anyone! Just please stop this madness." |

<There is darkness even within the purest heart> Lieselotte watched as the woman was tortured by the beast of a woman. Seeing this woman in pain truely did bring the woman much satisfaction. Her screams were probably music to her ears. All Lieselotte did was watch. She didn't smile, she didn't chuckle, she showed no emotion on her face at all. She stood there watching like a lifeless doll, perhaps thats what she truely was a lifeless doll just there to watch and observe those around her. Maybe that wa the case but for now she was just her. The young woman screamed Lieselotte could see the tears of pain rolling down the womans face. Was she this afraid to die? You would think that she would beg for death, for the sweet salvation of death, Lieselotte thought. Soon the beastly womans turn was over and she called to the man for his go. She turned her head to them she wondered what would he do to the man that would match the pain the woman was feeling. She watched every movement. The young man Erik, walked over to his lover took a knife and spilled some of her blood on the ground. He told her 'I'm sorry,' to his lover. It made Lieselotte think for moment. She has been silent this whole time. She didn;t speak a word. "Sorry....You're sorry" Lieselotte spoke in a very soft slow voice. "Do you... wish to live that much....that you would kill your lover...for your own life" Lieselotte asked the Erik who seemed to be crying his eyes out. "Do you truely love her....her that woman" Now staring his lover who screamed in pain as she was cut. "Or...do you lust for her instead." <<Lieselotte-Hell's Rouge>> |

Jorishin granted Twilight an expression of approval for her efforts. "Very impressive, darling, even for someone as talented and ingenious as you," he praised, his enchanting voice adopting a tint of flattery. "I struggle to think of how I might outdo your brilliance."
The man's body now felt lighter in his arms; perhaps he was getting a bit faint. Maybe I should wake him up, thought the twisted enchanter. And he did. Moving swiftly, Jorishin flourished the dagger and brought it across the boy's back twice, being careful to avoid severing his spinal cord. It worked. The man howled in pain and would have collapsed if the demon behind him were not holding his limp body up. "But I didn't move!" he protested. Jorishin's lips curled as he replied: "The next act requires a volunteer from the audience, and since she's your girl, I think you'll know how best to handle her." He offered the dagger to the boy, and when he gave a confused gaze in return, Jorishin couldn't help but chuckle. "Since my friend seems to be so confident about how she performed that last act, why don't you go up and show us how you think it ought to have been done." Knowing what sorts of thoughts must have been running through the desperate man's head at this point, he laughed and added, "Of course, do try to put some effort into it: your audience will not take kindly to you if your interpretation is less than satisfying." With that, he released the boy, knowing that he would be smarter than to assume that he had liberty in this new freedom. Erik crumpled to the ground immediately, his legs weak from shock and grief. As he knelt there, staring at the dagger in his hand, he could feel the gazes of his captor, of the hellish girl across from him, and of his love--all of them waiting to see what he would do. He knew he could not run, nor could he refuse to do as he had been told--they would kill him, or worse, kill her, or worse still, torture them both without end. He thought briefly that he could instead attack one of these foul demon-things...but he found the notion hopeless almost as soon as he could entertain it. He knew that the moment he went for one of them, the other would be at his throat...if the one he attacked couldn't deal with him by itself, of course. After thinking hopelessly for what must have been a millennium, Erik felt that his captors might be growing impatient, and he reluctantly stood up. He couldn't look Elysse in the eye as he walked up to her shuddering figure, but he could hear her breathing only too clearly: it was full of fear, full of anguish, full of tears. He opened his mouth to say something, something along the lines of "I'm sorry," but only a strangled sob was able to fight its way out before he rose the dagger and brought it down in half-hearted slash. It was enough. The blade fell against her upper thigh, and it was evident from the amount of blood spatter from the wound that it had cut a major artery. Elysse screamed, and Erik dropped the dagger and collapsed in a sobbing heap as his lover's blood stained his shirt. Their anguish pierced the night. Jorishin's eyes glinted in excitement. The boy had done better than he anticipated. "Bravo, bravo! You're quite right. My lady's performance was lacking in blood spill. Be proud--you have done well, my boy." Jorishin gave Twilight a smug look, challenging her to outdo these amusing atrocities. |

Her red bikini top reveal a red serpent running across her stomach skin that almost looked like flames. Brushing back her midnight black hair she purred allowed, "Vincent... such a lovely name." Stepping off the edge, she plummeted to the ground before flapping her wings once to land softly on the concrete. Her steel toed boots didn't even make a sound. Giving a alluring smile, she trained her crimson eyes on him and his white wings. "I will reaturn you pleasantries. Some of us are not the beasts you believe us to be." Inclining her head, the fallen angel continued, "I am Rage and I am only out to destroy the emotion of love as commanded by my mistress." "He who makes a beast out of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man" Samuel Johnson ![]() Vincent didn't bother to show any emotion but a mocking one all over his face. Still staying strong in his grasp with his weapon but slightly relaxing his eyes to study the female and attempt to find any type of weapon or style she might be in favor of. Licking his lips slightly out of habit, Vincent spoke. " I guess then we know each other like a book.. I see you as a worthless being of trash, filth, and sorrow and you assume that I am nothing more then a killer with a bloodlust. " The female might be hiding a gun, or maybe a thrown weapon.. Dagger to neck? Or maybe she will attempt to shoot up this place like an ol' cowgirl.. Stupid stupid vixen Yet hitting him like a bad smell in the wind was the scent of a fallen angel coming into the fray and joining them to be a wandering cat. " When it rains it pours..." commented Vincent before lifting his blade and pointing to the area where the fallen had landed to watch them. Now walking to the right in the manner that a panther would stalk it's prey. " Since my soul is ordering me to do so, I will address myself to you and all your damn kin in this area.. My name is Vincent, Arch Angel and the one who will save this city from brink.." with that Vincent shifted fast to the right and slashed a beam of light toward a nearby car positioned near tempest. The holy light quickly burned away at the car's metal frame and burned the gas to create a nice fire ball to attempt to consume tempest. . |

![]() ╔ Let the fire consume your soul ╝ The woman that had approached her then fled off into the night. Rage guessed it was to follow the blood in the air. Though, the blood smelled different to her than that of human's blood. Cocking her head to one side, she looked up to the sky again. The moon was still there in all it's glory, not hidden shyly behind clouds or what no. The blood... what is that...? It smell like... Demon blood. Rage's black feathers ruffled as she adjusted her wings. A demon slayer was near by and was on the job. That was something new for this town. Normally there were just the wicked people that hung to the edges of humanity and the horrors that preyed on the weak. There was no one of justice and of valor here. Those of such qualities often ran before too long or were killed for their heroic acts. As the Fallen angel's blood red eyes fell from the sky, her nose picked up another scent on the wind. Angel. Pure Arch Angel. Another shiver ran down the length of her back. Those white feathers stained in blood and his pure heart ripped from his chest. Oh, she had not killed another angel in a long time. Mostly it had been humans for the past 50 years. Rage also noted that the woman had also gone to see the Arch Angel. Smiling to herself, she took to the sky in search of the Angel. While in the sky, she spotted them conversing in a shopping center. Careful to keep herself hidden, she hugged the roof tops and eventually started walking over them. Once she reached the edge of them, she crouched down and watched the two, waiting for something to happen. She might kill him, but at least she could watch him die. And, she made no effort to hide her aura. If he summoned her down to fight, all the more fun this night would be. Ͽ Rage – Fallen Angel Ͼ |

![]() ╔ Let the heart bleed and shatter╝ A crackle came from Twilight's throat. It clawed at the woman's heart and made her cringe. That laugh was hollow and empty, but so malevolent in nature. The sound reached into her chest and squeezed her lungs. It was frightening that any creature could make such a terrible sound. As the woman tried to struggle free, she realized her captor had inhuman strength. There was no way to escape and no way to help her lover. He had been her pillar of strength when all was going wrong and now... he looked weak and frail next to the other man. Twilight watched the woman quiver and whimper. She was so helpless in her arms and death was upon her. But, despite all the potential danger the woman was in, Twilight could tell that she yearned for her partners safety. Completely disgusted by it, Twilight took her free hand and tug savagely on the woman's blonde hair. This elicited a yelp of pain from her and grin from Twilight. The beastly woman roared in sick laughter as she pulled her Katana from the sheath at her side. Still laughing, she cut deeply into the woman's arms and then rammed it into her victim's leg as a temporary, fleshy sheath. Twilight made sure not to hit the major artery. Another wail came from the woman as the sword wiggle in her leg. "The wonder of it all! Feel the pain, my love!" cried Twilight. Her eyes glittered with feral pleasure and reveled in the feeling of the warm liquid from the woman's arms oozing onto her hands. The woman started to sob uncontrollably. Perfect. Snickering, she pull out the blade and made another nice long gash across the woman's stomach. Snickering, she looked to the man and taunted, "Watch her bleed. Watch her eyes cry for your help!" His heart was breaking in front of her. Oh the glory of his pain! Another fiendish smile slipped across her face as she looked to her partner, "Your turn, my sweet." ϿTwilight- Hell’s RogueϾ |
